Microsoft had evolved to using numerous software developing methods. Top-level senior executives were tasked with teaching a standardized product development lifecycle globally. They decided on an annual event and as the Senior Art Director, I created the visual campaign. 


I sold my design ideas to an eight member committee, sourced the photography, created the brand look & feel, and all the touch points. The reach was 40K+ engineers and the brand lasted for an unprecedented four years.
